1. Determination
is the key to success! This is the most important thing you’ll need to in order
to lose weight, without this your diet would FAIL for sure!

2. Exercise!! I know it’s hard and can be a bit
boring and tedious to do but it works 100% and SAFE compared to those pills, tea and other slimming
products in the market!
For Beginners try doing 10-50 crunches a day
just to get the routine started and mix it with at least 20-30 minutes of
jogging … eventually you’ll start enjoying doing work out that you yourself will add
new routines to your daily exercise!
Just think of exercise as a form of Revenge on those FATS
that made you depress and unhealthy for all this time.
3. Proper
Eating Habits and Self Control! Stop eating and drinking JUNKS like
chocolates, chips and sodas!! It’s a BIG NO NO start eating healthy! Veggies
and Meat is a good source of proteins that can help up boost your metabolism!
For example replace RICE or BREAD with plain
OATS, its health plus it has less calories!
Second is to eat properly at the RIGHT time.
Don’t Skip meals and starved yourself it would backfire at you and the tendency
would be that you will EAT MORE because of the hunger.
Remember eating healthy makes our body healthy and our skin HAPPY
4. Have a GOAL
or an Inspiration like in 3 months time
I would be able to go 2 size smaller than my current size or have a weekly Goal
like lose 4 pounds in 1 week!
Whenever you feel like quitting, ask yourself this:
5. Discipline
... If you have Determination next thing you’ll need to have is Discipline!
Don’t let temptation get the better of you always think of your goal and the benefits it would give you
when you accomplish it!
